Janet Hudson was vegetarian over 10 years before she and her husband went vegan 30 years ago. Janet had cooked all her life and had to learn to "veganize" many recipes.
She did just that.
Family, friends and folks told her she should cook for people- and Vegan Feast Catering Company was born in 2000.
Janet had the opportunity for a collection of her recipes be published in 2005 - meant as an introduction for carnivores on the road toward veganism.
Since then she has authored other books.
Janet’s "real" job was in the veterinary industry where she worked over 48 years... she is dedicated heart and soul to the animals. Now retired from the veterinary field she wholly concentrates on cooking, baking and catering through
Vegan Feast and is delighted to create plant based meals

Let me start by saying that I am not vegan and until recently had A pretty negative opinion of vegan food. Then I was introduced to Janet Hudson at Vegan Feast Catering. Oh my goodness! I am amazed at how delicious everything is. I can not believe this is vegan food. Janet uses nothing but quality ingredients in her top notch desserts -Passion Fruit Sticky Buns, Chocolate Cheesecake, Butterfinger Cake, and German Chocolate Cake, the list goes on. Everything is so delicious! I’m never disappointed. I highly recommend this place.
